Yoga in the Park Series

 from 10:30-12pm we will gather our mats, bodies and smiling selves to practice asana, breath-work and meditate with nature somewhere in Michiana.  It should be beautiful! Usually fairly quiet & private...

Sunday, June 14th at Mary Beth's Northside Blvd POOL & home Come enjoy a real summer celebration pool side (or in the pool), an invigorating bum toning yoga class followed by snacks and a refreshing dip! Bring your mat, bathing suit, sunscreen, hat, water, a towel and fun appetizer to share! Begins 10:30am and will go until our sunscreen wears off!

Workshop & Potluck

Let's Road TRIP to THE DUNES at 10:30.

Part 1 of Workshop begins 11:30 ish SBN time am- 1:00.  We break for lunch then Part 2 of Workshop begins 1:45ish -3:15ish.  BRING picnic lunch!! PLUS 1 item to share and swimsuit. sunscreen, hats, oodles of water, towel and blanket for yoga and laying about...we will depart 3:30ish-4ish... A full day at the beach - designed to be light on the physical work - so no worries!!

Meet up at my house at 10:30am to Car Pool together!
