Class: Kundalini-Shakti Holiday Hoopla Class! A lovely gathering for those looking to renew and revitalize in preparation for the Holidays. Come together for fun, food and festivities. We will be focusing on greater abundance and living more from the heart center-- letting go of what it costs, and celebrating the giving and receiving of joy and fun. A combination of yoga, meditation, mantra, movement, guidance and breath supporting you on your journey to living and being the empowered person that you are and will be. Let’s all experience greater well being NOW and later. For any physical ability (chairs available). Bring: yoga mat (i have a few extra, let me know if you need one!), bottle of water, and a holiday treat, appetizer or something special to share for post-class friendly chit chat.

Who: Gals & Guys over the age of 16
Skill: Absolute Beginner to Advanced
Class: A workshop split into 3 sections, highlighting Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Yin Yoga. With a couple of breaks for tea and rest between each session. You will gain experience, knowledge and new friends!! The synergy of the workshop will be about discovering the "spirit" within for the holiday season and the new year. Utilizing the yogic tools of postures, movement, breath, mantra and meditation to find that special place of peace and strength within each of us.
