Class: Kundalini-Shakti Honoring all the Holiday Hoopla! A lovely gathering for those looking to renew and revitalize in preparation for the Holidays. Come together for fun, food and festivities. We will be focusing on greater abundance and living more from the heart center-- letting go of what it costs, and celebrating the giving and receiving of joy and fun. A combination of yoga, meditation, mantra, movement, guidance and breath supporting you on your journey to living and being the empowered person that you are and will be. Let’s all experience greater well being NOW and later. For any physical ability (chairs available).
Bring: yoga mat (i have a few extra, let me know if you need one!), bottle of water, a "TAPAS" (meditteranean small plates of appetizers, salads and treats) to share for post-class friendly chit chat. I will provide Yogi Tea and baked goat cheese & bruscetta!! ;)

Class: A workshop split into 3 wonderful parts, highlighting Vinyasa Flow Yoga, (Warm-ups: Sun) Kundalini Yoga (Breath/Spirit: Stars), and Yin Yoga (Going Within: Moon) With a couple of breaks for tea and rest between each session. You will gain experience, knowledge and new friends!! The alchemy of the workshop will be about re-discovering the warm "spirit" within for the solstice, holiday season and the New Year. Utilizing the yogic tools & techniques of postures, movement, breath, mantra and meditation to find that special place of peace, love and strength within each of us.
