Skill: Absolute Beginner to Advanced

Class:  Kundalini-Shakti Fabulous Females Class!  A lovely gathering of women in the area looking to renew and revitalize the fabulous female within and without.  We will be focusing on greater abundance and  willpower & confidence...stoking those navel & digestive fires for more passion in life (and preparation for the slower metabolism of winter & the extra intake of the holidays). A combination of yoga, meditation, mantra, movement, guidance and breath supporting you on your journey to living and being the empowered woman that you are and will be. Let’s all experience greater well being NOW and later.  For absolute beginners thru advanced practitioners of any physical ability (chairs available) for any age over 14. Bring: yoga mat, bottle of water, and feel free to bring yoga snacks or beverages to share for post-class friendly chit chat and the possibility of a meditative walk around the beautiful pond (the –ish part of the time). Feel free to invite a favorite female friend or family member!
